The_Jeppoz Posted February 12, 2005 Share Posted February 12, 2005 Looks like a posterize or polarize effect that tuned down the colors and complexity of a flamy bg or simply a couple colors set gif compression... You might had done that all by yourself, yet the result is very poor. There's nothing bad in making such a sig, after all, you simply need to spend a lot of time on good-turorials aquiring the needed basis to run your graphic programs decently.
