Alright so it says, "think in the centre of the observatory, Spin before you talk to me, equip a mithril chain, green dragonhide chaps, and a ruby amulet. WELL IM AT THE TOP OF THE HILL IN THE OBSERVATORY AND I SPUN 100 TIMES, wtf..Lol.

I thinked I did everything. It says spin before I talk...TALK TO WHO? I looked at the tip.it thing it says centre of observatory. I started the quest now what?

You have to do the emote ''think'' first.

Ok Ok...I thinked on the top floor beside the telescope and I have all the pieces I need and it says spin before you talk to me..TALK TO WHO?

think, then spin, then Uri will show up and you talk to him

 

 

 

if you do emote clues right, when you do the emote(s) a guy named Uri will show up and you talk tohim.

Make sure the amulet is not Enchanted

Like he said strenght amulet wont work, also make sure you wear ONLY that, no ring boots arrows or anything (inventory doesnt count)

I have all the things. Ruby Amulet, Mith Chain, Greendragon Hide Chaps, it where Im suppose to stand im confused about. No uri!

alright can you give us a screenshot of the clue? You must be missing on something UNLESS you didnt listen to our previous advices

Never seen that newer version of the observatory, it could be a floor below if there's one (maybe)
