Press print screen. It's usually above you're numpad. Then open up Paint and paste it there.There's a guide here somewhere. But thats it basically.

Press the print screen button, on the same row as your f1 - f12 buttons, all the way over on the right of your keyboard, should say "prt scr" on a key. Open up paint and Edit > paste (or control v) and it should paste in.

If you hold down Alt and then hit Print Screen, it will copy only the current window instead of your whole desktop.
