I just downloaded Adobe Photoshop Cs3 trial for 30 days, and I was wondering, is there any way I can make this picture any clearer using photoshop?

I played with levels and coloration, blurred and overlayed a duplicate.

I could do the whole picture for you but if not then try this

 

 

 

Image>Adjustments>Auto Levels/color/contrast

 

 

 

Then Crtl+U and mess around with the values.

 

And then Ctrl+M and see what looks best
