They're in the Dorgesh-Kaan agility course in an area you can only access through grappling. I tried the Runescape knowledge base but found nothing on them, and I've checked with a few freinds who have the quest cape and they've never heard of them... So... who are these guys, what are they for, and what does the mage give you if you pickpocket him? (Taken in the Dorgesh-kaan agility arena) *Avater self made*-Click here to read!
