August 10, 200718 yr I may have just overlooked these guys going through here before. But I currently can't reach them. They're in the Dorgesh-Kaan agility course in an area you can only access through grappling. I tried the Runescape knowledge base but found nothing on them, and I've checked with a few freinds who have the quest cape and they've never heard of them... August 10, 200718 yr I think they serve no useful purpose now, I check the KB and they both do not show up, so this makes me think maybe in a future update. Geaux Tigers ! Congrats on a great year !
