kickbuta
Well I trained my defence up while doing slayer. But a good choice for you would probably be fire giants or greater deamons in the karajama dungeon.

baalboy5
pc ha! Don't you know the first rule of MMO's? Anyone higher level than you has no life, and anyone lower than you is a noob. People in OT eat glass when they are bored.
Goobore
I want 80 def ASAP so where's the fastest place for me to train? I don't know the fastest P2P place but... You earn melee exp as HitDone*4 So, for fast exp you want to be hitting something constantly. You will be able to hit a lower level monster more often than a higher level monster, so if you can find a never ending supply of "kinda lowbie" monsters, then you can earn good exp. Plus, lower level monsters won't hurt you much (if any) so your food supply will last a long time. The SoS has everything that you need. A variety of fast respawning lower level monsters crowded into "small" rooms. That will allow you to slaughter them non-stop for hours at a time. The flesh crawlers are even auto-aggressive. Just because you are "high" level, doesn't mean that you "must" train on high level monsters. Exp is determioned by the hit that you do and not by the level of what you just killed. The thing to remember is "Low level monsters for fast exp, high level monsters for good loot" Hope this helps
