August 20, 200718 yr well, its 148k prayer pots, to do it the fastest, were paying a lot, so here we go: 148k ranarrs: 9k ea : 1,332,000,000 148k vials: 300 ea : 44,400,000 148k snapes: 600 ea : 88,800,000 grand total: 1.4652 bill 148k prayer pots @ 8k ea = 1.184 bill total cost: 300 mill as of time, no idea but it is a very hard skill to train quickly, and cheaply, you can do one, or the other 1.) Buy everything 2.) Kill chaos druids for herbs, collect sand and ash, and make glass into vials, fill them, and collect all the seconds required 3.) Combination of both the quickest way though, would be to just make the highest lvl pots you can
August 20, 200718 yr alias do you want that guy go crazy and broke? Ranarrs are very slow exp compared with higher herbs, and it's expensive. with antifire potions i can break 200k exp/hour rate. Also they are reasonably cheap and have not bad market. i would suggest go after super sets, range potions, antifire. these things can be sold without big problems and it's not bank breaking. 1500+ total 89 cmb; 1600+ total and under 93 cmb. 02/04/07 reached all skills 60+ under lvl 90 cmb. 07/19/07 reached all skills 70+ at lvl 93 cmb.Prayer is good for herbs
August 20, 200718 yr Not sure on xp per hour, as I got 99 before "Make X" so it's quite different now However, the cost heavily depends on what method you choose to do. The cheap methods will all take several months, whereas the expensive methods (sara brews cost me 150m) will only take a couple of weeks (took me a month and a half). If you could give us a better idea of your financial status, we could give you a better idea of the cost/time-frame and recommended methods that you use. Either way, I'd recommend that you grow as many herbs as you can  Also, I'd recommend finding ways to avoid selling potions. The fact of the matter is that there is a relatively large demand for herbs, so you will have trouble obtaining them at a reasonable price, and there is a very low demand for potions (and a very high supply). In shorter words, they're a pain in the rear to sell :wall: Of course, this is where the time/cost option comes into play. If you're fine with spending a couple extra weeks trying to sell tens of thousands of potions, then don't worry about it. But if your primary focus is getting 99 ASAP, then try to find alternate methods. By this I mean, cut people good deals. For example, when I was getting 99, I was trading my potions directly for toadflax, which was terrific. It cut out two things that slowed me down: buying toadflax and selling sara brews. And it made people feel like they were getting sara brews for free. Very few people use their toadflax herbs, and there's a good chance that they have some laying around in their bank from a monster drop, that they're not going to use. So they're usually more than welcome to swap it for a decent potion. Just try to find alternate means of trading that will attract peoples' attention  It will certainly speed up the process. - 99 fletching | 99 thieving | 99 construction | 99 herblore | 99 smithing | 99 woodcutting - - 99 runecrafting - 99 prayer - 125 combat - 95 farming - - Blog - DeviantART - Book Reviews & Blog
