August 21, 200718 yr yep, its members only, the emote can be used in f2p too, but one other thing nobody has stated yet is that if you have a skill cape on and your members runs out, you will still be able to use the emote. Maddavy2004 said almost the same thing, but i thought it was rather fascinating that you could do a completely members thing in f2p.
