  1. just so you know, theres a place in the bandos stronghold where you can safespot 2 bandos spiritual mages. there's an AOW guide for it.
  2. Try adding 80 thieving to your goals? its really easy to get through pyramid plunder and, i find, a really fun way to train, too. Good Luck on all of your goals!
  3. Try adding 80 thieving to your goals? its really easy to get through pyramid plunder and, i find, a really fun way to train, too. Good Luck on all of your goals!
  4. Now, you need to have completed Death to the Dorgeshuun to do this, but this way is pretty good. At the entrance to the city, there are iron ore rocks. When you gte a full inventory, talk to a goblin...i forget the name...and you can sell all of the ores. I dont remember if you sell all at once or one at a time though :wall: , but it's worth a try. i mean, why not make money powerleveling?
  5. There are still a few reasons. For starters, a crystal bow can shoot farther, and so could be more usefull if you need to range from farther away. Also, though i do disaprove of it, ut is the ONLY way to 1 item pk using range.
  6. Will you be able to sell them? Yes. Try selling the Adam (t) platebody in varrock world 1, a little NorthEast of the west bank. The vambraces i suggest you alch.
  7. I believe that the reason for this change was when people report someone, they would normally type in one space whereas the name actually has two. It is just another one of Jagex's ways of reucding rulebreakers =D>
  8. I plan on trying for Fire Cape in a few days (or weeks), and i need a litle bit of help. Using the guthans method(which im leaning towards). I will be taking: All the pots you recommended Full guthans God Cloak(if crystal bow) /Avas (if rune c'bow) Rune c'bow with addy bolts [or mith(e) or addy (e)] OR crystal bow Fury D boots Archer Ring Barrow Gloves Now, i heard that Guthix D Hide, also gives a prayer bonus, so wouldn't that be more beneficial than just blk d hide? And also, should i even be using the Guthan method? My stats are in my sig. TYVM to whoever helps me.
  9. Yes. Those are the best F2P crafting xp, and while it can be annoying to run to the tanner and tan them, it is worth it.
  10. I would say go ahead and finsih MM. The dragon scimmy is one of the best strength training weapons, whereas i don't believe you would be able to do regicide after UP anyways. You could always decide to finish UP, its really easy anyways. I would suggest doing both right after the other. It gets two hard (not really  ) out of the way that lead to a good weapon and other quests which lead to other good weapons.
  11. Defender Hands Down. Most people (myself included) find that killing something faster is better than staying longer but not getting hit as much. Also, wearing guthans platebody and chainskirt gives me a considerably high def bonus, along with neitiznot helm, barrow gloves, and other items. This means that we would rather hit(sometimes) on average .5 higher, and get in the extra hit because of its attack bonuses. Besides, its easy to get, doesn't cost much, and sometimes does make the difference in keeping the better (well, worth more) items.
  12. About the salve ammy (e)...If you wear a strength ammy (not sure about glory or fury), then the blk mask and ammy combo is better than salev ammy(e) and neitz helm. The blask mask raises my max by 1 more. Although the 5% atk boost may be worth it for some people.
  13. I dont remember either, but i think it's either talk to osman or go back to the place with the giant scarab that you killed for it in the first place.
  14. For melee: Yes, training controlled with whip is the best option, especially since it can raise your max hit about a lvl earlier than using atk or def. As for range, i suggest getting it to 50 on giants before going to bay blues.
  15. Yes it does. Also, i would suggest doing the lair of Tarn Razorlor to upgrade it to a slave amulet (e) which gives a 20% boost instead of 15%. Good Luck.
  16. I would also suggest cursing, and here is what you should wear while doing it: Any METAL helmet, plate, legs, and shield, SOS boots, earth staff, any gloves, any cape, any amulet BUT magic. Also, i would suggest using the zamorakian mage under the stairs at varrock castle. This is because you can A) get him as close as possible to the mage screen, and also because he has a good magic defence. Good Luck.
  17. I am looking to get 80 range for fight caves, most likely thorugh chins in the monkey madness tunnel. I want to know, roughly, how many chins i would need. If its too many, i may just level range part way with them. I would also like to know where in the monkey madness tunnel (i forget where), and which fuse to use with the chins. Thank You
  18. Well, i don't see how posting on the forums helps at becoming anything but a forum mod, and i know this from experience. I was recently asked to be one (missed the message somehow =(, but not the point) and i have rarely posted on the official forums. I can say, though, that even .1/10 black marks will completely ruin your chances of becoming a mod. There are more than enough people out there with no black marks, and that are also reporting rulebreakers that anything bad will take you out of the picture. Although it may be possible, i wouldn't get your hopes up. Good Luck with becoming one anyways.
  19. Well, i prefer to train melee skills in slayer. BUT if you want fast lvling, are willing to spend money, then try the bandit camp. Wear any god item and they should attack you. Guthans is highly recommended (if possible). otherwise just bring a full load of food.
  20. I'm not going to give you places to train, because those have bot been talked about. For the ice plateau, dont go unless you have atleast 70 atk and def. Also, no matter what you do, get your atk and def up to atleast 70, as this will lower training costs by a longshot. GOOD LUCK!
  21. For starters, having enough for lvl 86 wont be close to enough, as lvl 92 is the half way point experience wise. Secondly, why not do both? Pretty simple, actually. Just get a couple levels in FM, thne switch over to combat. This SHOULD alleviate you of some of the reppetetive bordome that repetetiveness causes, and I find that the less bored you are, the faster and more enjoyable you do something/ it is. Whatever you do, GOOD LUCK on your goal(s).
  22. While i can't really help about your phoning problems, i can tell you this: I highly reccomend using your credit card (if possible) so that you A) need to pay a couple less dollars a month and B) it will keep your membership ongoing unless you cancel it, thus ending the need to phone every month.
  23. This depends a lot on where you want to train. Where you train also depends on your other stats. If your skills are all also 60+, try lessers in the best armour you can lay your hands on. If your goal is to hit high, D scimmy, str ammy, fighter torso, d legs, rune defender, dragon boots, best RFD gloves, neitznot helm, Ring of your choice. You could try training on lessers, ice giants, experiments...can't think of anything else at the moment.
  24. This would depend on a number of things, those being what equipment you use, how much time you play a day, and which tasks you will skip (if any) I am going for 99 str through slayer, and it will take me until about december (hopefully). I should reach around 85 slayer at the time, which will have been a good 6 months.
  25. Yes, the skillcapes are for members only. However, the emote for one will still work in non-members.
