RuneScape Information

  1. Get def up, tanks>pures tbh 90 range 75 def 85 mage
  2. pretty hard to pk with no prayer, umm...maybe try f2p pking? Theres, tournaments now that can make you quite a bit of money as well as great fun (somewhat) if you're interested
  3. I adore your stats (well just strength actually) Wanting to get my summoning up too, add meh? ;)
  4. That is so true, personally I would prefer a firemaking cape more than my magic, just cause the emote looks so much cooler \
  5. thank you for stating that point although there is 1 person who tried to argue with me that a maxed out pure with 1 def will "pwn!!!" a maxed out guy with 20def...he eventually logged after about 10minutes of arguing...... The thing is, a maxed out everything pure would be almost 40 combat levels less than a maxed out main...
  6. An effective rune pure isn't always about the stats but more about planning. Read some zerker pure guides and learn from there. I advise you not to train defense but to get them through quests.
  7. I think 80+ is pretty high considering it's the approximate levels of where most of the stronger equipment are developed. But yeah, "high" is really dependable on perception; like for me high is anyone who has a "red" combat level for me.
  8. There goes my junk creating methods -.- But I only knew the farming supplies, good job finding all the others though. You can also buy snails and bank them at Burgh de Rott :D
  9. I recently got a Bat mask with the Ags I brought and I'm trying to sell the mask for 10+mill. I was wondering if there's any fast method of gaining "junk" items, I might consider summoning pouches as I heard they were decent junk. Just have no idea which ones. Stats are in the sig. Any help would be appreciated.
  10. With the new worldwide PvP, I must say that pures are pretty much useless as the drops are based more upon survival than killing speed.
  11. Depends on your combat level and stats, different levels of combat have different strategies. For people who say "safe all you want", don't listen to them, safing only makes your opponent run away or safe as well; making getting kills virtually impossible. Instead eat when your hp gets to around 1/10 higher than their max hit, that way you won't have to worry too much of dieing and people usually don't call you safer. When eating, its possible to double eat on a scim, although it causes a little more delay afterwards. Keep that in mind, it can save you. Always double eat after your opponent uses a 2h unless their health is low too; in that case, don't eat at all and keep attacking. Eating only right before they can hit again. As for using the 2h to get the finishing blow: Everything's about timing and luck. Depending on your stats, I would recommend you to 2h whenever the opponents health hits 1/5 red bar. Don't pull out the 2h while you are on "cooldown"; meaning don't pull out the 2h right after you hit with a weapon. Instead wait a bit with your weapon in your hand before using the 2h, you can surprise the opponent that way; the second you pull it out you can attack. If you're ranging/2h, don't swing your 2h after you range a number. Switch to the 2h before your arrow hits. It's mostly based on luck but it also disallows opponent enough time to gobble up a piece of food. If you are in a 1vs1 area, make sure your auto retaliate is on. If not then make sure its turned off. Make use of the opponents attack when 2h'ing, meaning that while the opponent attacks you switch to 2h to quickly finish him/her off. (I'm pretty sure I didn't explain it properly but I can maybe try post a gif to show you)(only works when auto retaliate is on)
  12. Ususally range tanks do best but rune pure would do
  13. Most rune pures don't do armour on fights unless they're fighting someone with a lower defense than them
  14. With the new PvP, defense is the only thing that should be trained, a lack of defense means a lack of survivability which leads to smaller more irrelevant drops.
  15. When you say win, you mean "chase the opponent away after they ran out of food" right? Then yeah, you've definitely won. But gained nothing in the process. Of course, I have nothing against the usage of protection players. But using it usually just makes the opponent use theirs which just drags out the fight even longer; making pking a utter bore.
