Yes the dark bow shoots 2 arrows all the time. And No there are no requirements for the cannon except the quest.

To my knowledge, your range level does not affect the cannon damage. It is always 0-30 damage.

and whats exp of connon per hit? iver heard no hp exp....

1/2 the normal amount, I think. Im not totally sure about that. I think it is 1 exp per 1 point of damage, and there is no hp exp.

 

 

 

EDIT: Looked up and fixed the ranged exp rate. From 1/4th to 1/2 as that is the correct value.

i have a question too... What are some good monsters to use the cannon on?

Any multi-combat area is good for training with a cannon.

 

 

 

Some of the well know ones are: the Poison Spiders around lvl 35 wilderness, Ogre cage in King Lathas Training Camp, Dagannoths at the Lighthouse, Suqahs on the north end of Lunar Island.
