Any day you want

The only thing that varies between taking the reward out daily or weekly are the bonus rewards.

 

For example, with 10 workers (50k daily) on maples, always having 100% support, you should get around 891 maples daily. If you took it daily, you'd get 8 nests each day (1 per each 100 maples). However, if you took it after a week, you'd get 6238 maples and 62 (not 56) nests.
