August 27, 200718 yr Hey there, I wouldn't even waste bowstring on anything lower than a yew longbow. Congrats on the level 43 fletching, I would just make unstrung bows to get your fletching up. Even yew shortbows aren't very good to string, it's just not worth it time/money-wise. Hope that helps. August 27, 200718 yr Like Dr Locust said, i woudl recommend only stringing yew longbows because you waste money becuase no on really buys the other bows in bulk. IF you are strapped for cash, use wilows to get to 70 or if you have a bit more cash, use maples.
