How come I can't put my HTML picture (signature) in my signature?

It says in my profile options that HTML is OFF, but how can I change that? I want to put a picture in my signature.

I don't believe there is a way that you can activate HTML.

Just use the BB codes etc.

For example, to put the image you want in your signature, put the image link between tags, and to bold the text you want, use the tags.

All HTML both in sigs and in posts is disabled on this forum. You may only use BBCode for which a FAQ is situated here: http://forum.tip.it/faq.php?mode=bbcode

Upload it on http://www.imageshack.us, get the direct link to image code, put it inside the tags.
