MY SLAYER ASSIGNMENT IS SPIRITUAL MAGES MY SLAYER LEVEL IS 89. I WENT TO THE GOD WARS, WHEN I TRIED TO ATTACK THE SPIRITUAL MAGES I GOT A MESSAGE STING MY SLAYER LVL IS NOT HIGH ENOUGH TO ATTACK THEM.

Most likely, when you went through the snow, your levels all lowered, including slayer. You'll either need a stat restore, or you'll need to wait for your slayer level to return to normal.
