i honestly dont know how sum1 culd give u a 4... you just opened up PS and pressed like 4 filters... 1/10... if that =/

what the hell do you think totorials are there filters as well with a little paint brush in the middle...

its a red bg with a crom fiture on top of it and there some thing that was under the crom on the bg but idk what it was really simple
