If I recharge C Shield 5 times, does the price reduce for the Bow too, or just the Shield?

I know, I want C Bow, but I don't have 70 ranged, I want to get the cost down first, but I was wondering if it is all the same cost or do C Bow and Shield vary?

The bow goes from 900k to 180k.

XD, I know. But if I recharge the Shield 5 Times, and never recharge a bow, do they both lower in cost? Or just the one I recharged 5 times?

if u recharge the shield 5times, the cost will go down to 150k but the bow will still stay at 900k, u have to recharge the bow to lower its price
