Black Marks Question.

Why am i not banned:S im only perm muted. have they made a mistake???

While they say that 10 marks is enough to get banned, it's not true. In reality, the black marks are technically meaningless; they review everyone on a case-by-case basis. You can get banned with no black marks if you do something really bad, or in your case, you might not get banned if you get a lot of marks but they're minor and a lot are from a long time ago. Basically, the black marks are an INDICATOR of how many warnings you've had, but aren't an absolute rule.
