The last special attack, before the part with the god sword special, shows a saradomin sword which can use some sort of saradomin strike as a special attack.

 

 

 

My question is how would you go about aquiring this item, or does it exsist even.

I am not sure if it belongs here or in help & advice, but i thought we could get some discussion about this going, and could help in getting it into the items database in tipit, as i couldn't find it there. :P

It's a drop from the Saradomin General in god wars. I don't see too many of them because the Saradomin boss is probably the hardest one to kill.
