i just recently read something on changing a setting so you can essentially click with your keypad. i figured it out, but decided to poke around a little more and see what i could do. i went and clicked on configure windows to work with vision, hearing, and mobility needs. i went through a couple options, saw how it changed, and hit cancel. it asked if i wanted to keep any settings, i said no. my option top bar looks like the picture below. i want it back to normal. could somebody help me please? thanks in advance.

I'm not too sure what you did, but if you just messed with your themes, try this:

If your using windows XP, try right clicking on your desktop, selecting properties, going to the appearance tab, and under windows and buttons, select windows XP style.

you might want to explain a bit more, though.
