google Gif Construction set :P

basicly you save an image with the text where you want it, than you change it and save again, and then go to the gif construction set and open up each part of the sig (in order on how you want it "flashing") and then set the speed and watch it go :P

If you have photoshop 5 it should have come with adobe image ready 5... that is the animation program for photoshop. Then try looking up image ready animation on google to get some tuts on how it works.

Off topic but I tried downloading it and making it and the text just seems to flash, is there any way to make it go gradually from one colour to another and back to the original and loop?
