i need help with mearchanting

ok well i have been on near enuf 4 hours stright trying to sell my air runes (23.3k of them) for firstley 20 each, then for 18 now for 16 and no one want any apart from noobs who wanted the hold lot for stuf like 1 rune pl8

 

 

 

now the thing is i dont know what wrong, is it the wrong item to sell, selling to high or not the item any one wants at all

 

 

 

now all i want to do is get rid of these and buy the essence for my next load.

 

 

 

but i need real bad help buying and selling stuf

Sometimes you just need to just sell for whatever you can and move on to something else. Consider it a lesson learned, paying 14ea for air runes with the intention of reselling them is not profitable. Pay less next time or try something else.

You could always try with Iron and Coal. Buy them for around 90/140 ea and sell them in bulk for around 110/180 ea. (Prices might be off)

Ive heard merching waters is good if u got a lot, u buy them for around 15-20ea and sell them for 25ea

thanx guys, i'll take viral_wulf's advice and move on to other things, i still have 18k air runes in the bank after trying for another hour to sell at 15 ea

 

 

 

i was thinking about coals and irons but i was also thinking of putting them in to steel bars and selling in bulk that semm good to every one

one of the worst items you could ever merchant are air runes. Aside from waters none of the elemental runes are worth the time.

 

 

 

Move onto something different

You should never,ever,ever merchant airs unless you want to end up like this person here... :wall: Always merchant stuff that you can get actually good profit and not like 10k profit a day. Try merchanting like this: Go to the Rimmington Arrows Shop near the witch's house. Buy adamant arrows until they are around 150 each in the shop. Then sell them all to other players. Cha-Ching mad money! :D

 

 

 

PS: If you see an autoer in the shop..hop around until a shop has no autoers.

 

I myself use this method to make money. Also, if you want to speed things up keep tons of money and also a teleport to varrock in your inventory. It lets you teleport and sell your adamant arrows fairly quickly. :P Well have fun making money!

1. buy hides 100 ea sell or tan and sell for 150-200 ea

 

 

 

2.collect limproots and sell 1k ea

 

 

 

3. collect red spider eggs and sell 700-900 ea

i got 830k now and going to do your addy arrow suggestion, maby start small with em till i get used to em
