What stuff do I use for Red Chins in Ape Atoll? I need to know what Attack Style, What Prayer, What Inventory, and Where To Range.

What monster do you even kill at Ape Atoll? I always thought people trained on the gorillas in the temple, where there's an altar directly up the stairs from it.. :-s
