I am confused - about last part with runes making thing

 

 

 

I know that altars are actually universal but WAY OF ACESSING altars is diffrent - saradomin people use tiaras/talismans while zamorakian use abyss

 

 

 

I dont understand what kind of "altar" it could be

 

 

 

Actually thing confusing me is it somthing that has to do with abyss (blood altar perhaps or somthing) or it is somthing totally new

 

 

 

What do you think?

all we know is it doesnt have anything to do with blood runes

I rather think it will either be something like: you get more exp per rune crafted (but don't know what runes you'll end up with, and probably not failsafe, something like combining runes)
