Coloured version looks better. Black and white just looks dull.

 

 

 

The design is pretty good, though the random blobs let it down in my opinion. And it seems to be over-sharpened. :o

On the whole, I don't know what to improve. The tag has nice effects, border is nice and the tag flows well. :thumbsup:
