Nevermind. So you have a lever, trap door and the floor bit that drops people. Are you sure the Oubliette is right underneath it? Are you trying to use it in building mode? EDIT: I had a read on Runeweb and they say you need to build a Trapdoor on the floor space (lvl 74, requires 5 Mahog. Planks and 5 Clockwork).
