I suggest you train 50-60 at Moss Giants, on Crandor Isle.They have nice drops and there is a safespot(between some pillars and then 1 space back) from where you can range all the 3 mosses . Arrows should be iron or steel, because it can get crowded and you don't want to stay all day killing Giants with bronze.

Hill giants are fine. I'd say you should go to moss after 50+ range, but it doesn't really matter.

Hill Giants are very crowded because of the Limpwurts Roots they drop, though Moss Giants in Crandor are very far, in MY point of view it's well worth the effort.
