I didn't used to do trolls as a slayer task but I decided to give them a try. I went to kill the lvl 69 and 71 trolls in the cave south of God Wars dungeon. They were pretty good, but didn't have great drops. Are there any other good trolls that anyone would recommend?

Best way to do trolls as a slayer task is to cannon ice trolls. Lightning fast and GREAT drops.
