Pixels: Grab a pencil, sketch a scene on paper then try to draw it out in mspaint (yes it'll take ages)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Other stuff: grab a photo of something that looks cool, attack it with special effects, crop to 150X300, draw a rectangle round the edge for a border, save as a jpeg at 100% and try to sell it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After failing to sell your first 10 designs think about it a bit more, stop being obsessed with RS and how you'd be able to buy can buy that [add item name] with the tons of quick cash you were dreaming of making and put a bit more effort into it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Oh and if you go for making pure abstracts at try to make them look like something other than a technicolour rat in a blender. Put recognisable shapes in there....
