Can't register on Myspace fully. Need help!!

This what I get when I try to sign up.

I thought maybe you have to be 16 to register (I'm 14) so I put in I was 37 years old. Same message so its not the age.

So, basically, I dunno! You don't live in some obscure suburb of Outer Mongolia do you? Did you enter in all the information it requires (post code etc.)?
