can ogre bow and arrows be used outside of chompy hunting to kill monsters?

Barrows Drops: Karils-2 coifs, 1 top, 1 skirt, 1 xbow. Ahrims-1 staff. Torags-1 platebody, 1 legs, 1 helm. Dharoks-1 platebody, 1 helm.

 

Dragon Drops: 1 Chain, 1 2-hander

I don't see why not, but they are both very weak and only really suited for killing chompies.

Cowards can't block Warriors.

Yeah, they work outside battle. I've used them, but the bow is slow and not worth using, stick to the regular bows.
