I saw a site that had it step by step but it wasn't for vista, because i had no idea what to do O.o.(as in i didn't see where it was telling me to go, because it wasn't there...ect..) Errdoth Posted September 19, 2007 Share Posted September 19, 2007 You can either use good 'ol alt codes, or (I'm not sure about vista, so bear with me here), you can go to your control panel, and change your keyboard language to US International, then you can type apostrophes before letters like ̮̩̉̉ and give then accents.
