If your talking about screen recording for making movies, you want "camtasia", its teh shiznizzle. If your talking about those little 3 frame animations ppl hav they just take all the pictures and string them together with wateva gif making program they hav.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I use agifa (artful gif animator) cos it is quite simple.

I tried out a few different ones (freeware or trial downloads) and found camtasia to be closest to what i was after for image capturing in a video (streaming) format.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I then used one of the other screen capture programs to make individual frames of the video so that I could put it into a gif format...
