Try if i good remember World 131 or World 2, Jagex maked themed worlds and if i good remember World 131 is Shades Of morton.. and if this world is empty just try to wait and maybye ask people where all do it, btw. is no any reason to change world for Shades Of Morton to prevent some low levels because in this minigame more people is just better and more easy to play it...
