But lets put it this way, do you think any of my manips would stand a chance against them in a competition. I know its hard to compare... but yeah.

But, although it's incredibly hard to compare.. Most people are going to pick the rendered-photoshopped sig over the photo-manip.. Why? Simply because people really don't know how to judge photo-manips.. I mean, if you give me a cut-and-pasted-in-paint photoshop sig verses a nicely brushed one with just the right effects here and there, it's obvious who the winner is. But a photo manip is a lot harder to judge- most people aren't going to be able to tell the difference between a master and a n00b's work, if you will.. Also, people prefer the eye-catching sprays of color and effects in a photoshop piece, and thus will be much more likely to choose this over a plainer photo manip..

 

 

 

Thus, the odds, I'm afraid, are against you.. If you want to beat them, your going to have to be very, very SERIAL about it- Use only the photos of the highest quality, ect.

 

 

 

But there is a chance... There is always a chance.. Don't give up just because you've chosen to specialize in a different branch of sig-making. -.-

I'll just mention the second. I love the vibrant nature of the second. Also like the opacity look to the name. Like this one more than the sig :ÃÆÃâÃâ¦Ã¾

I havn't been around enough to see those that have entered the contest and their pic's. But I wouldn't think this would win first on creativity and/or complexity. Would win 1st or 2nd on looks though :ÃÆÃâÃâ¦Ã¾
