magic comp bow vs magic short and long bow?

Featured Replies

Which is better for training range?

I would in the past always always use short bow because it seems fast but how does it compare to the magic compound bow and long bow for training?

thanks

Magic composit bow and short bow are the same, if I remember correctly, except magic comp costs 100k, and regular costs 5k... And long bow is much slower, but has longer range. It's probably going to be magic short, because I don't think magic comp has the special...

i'm not sure about magic comp, but magic short is much better than magic long

Retired from runescape. I will be on every now and then though. :)

In order of speed:

Magic shortbow > Magic comp bow > Magic longbow

Plus, the magic shortbow has a bit better special.

Magic Shortbow > The rest.

Magic longbow is slow and Magic comp is expensive and slightly slowly than the magic shortbow. Stick with the magic short, tried, tested and true. Choice of many rangers in Runescape!

Just by the way, there are many rumors about one bow hitting more accurately/higher than the other. That's not true, because the only thing that affects your accuracy/hit is your ranged bonus and the metal you use.
