Here's a little trick. Duplicate your render, drag it to the top and erase some of the bottom with a soft brush. Other than that, it's alright.

Render was already saved as jpg on the picture, so I didn't blur it.

 

And when I said full quality, it isn't actually full, I did .9 compression. On png. The full was 200kb+.
