1) Okay, you know the mountain west of edgeville where the Oracle is? Go near there and you will see the black knights fortress. Just keep ranging the fortress guards (3 of them) on a busy world so that you can keep killing non-stop.

 

 

 

2) Of course, you could just go to the cow field by the crafting guild and range hobgoblins.

where shouldi use?

 

Well, if you don't pick up, then almost anywhere will work and you can reach

 

about level 89 with them. I suggest a multi-combat spot.

 

You could try shooting from the key room in the Varrock sewers.

 

 

 

If you use the Curse pulling trick with a safe spot and pick up your arrows,

 

then you only need 134k to reach 99 :)

 

 

 

You could try the screen/torture room in the white knight castle.

 

They are non-aggressive so getting your arrows back is easy.

 

They should have decent range def though.

 

Or you could try the Lesser Demons on the top of Crandor Island

 

or under Karamja volcano.

Hmmm, your stat sig shows you with level 74 range...

that kinda.. is my main
