October 3, 200718 yr Currently I am 71 mage and I want at least 80. I am casting curse with a mud staff atm, but I am wondering if there is a faster way that is still relatively inexpensive. This method is VERY cost effective but slow. I can get 80 mage with less than 500k doing this.
October 3, 200718 yr Try the mage training arena. You make more money back than you use and its quite good exp in some areas. Enchanting is scostly but expensive. October 5, 200718 yr Author Is barrows a good idea for training mage up? I need 65? slayer first though for dart. I think I will just do fight caves now at my 72 and then train mage more after. Hopefully I CAN do fight caves. Wish me luck, but I still want tips for mage.
October 5, 200718 yr I'd do barrows personally you need 55 slayer and a slayer staff(avaliable at slayer master). Just buy ~500 casts and use usually get your runes back at barrows chest. October 5, 200718 yr I would say Alcing. An alc cost's 900gp, you get 768 of that back.. So you get quite a lot back, and it's completely safe! (Just keep your invent empty apart from the yew longs.. you don't wanna go alcing a rare do ya.. :-X ).
