October 6, 200718 yr I've paid for membership five times using PayPal, and each time, it worked perfectly. However, last week, I tried to pay twice, and each time, it got refunded instantly. This week, I tried again, and I got an e-mail saying that the payment was not accepted (as usual) and that I would be refunded shortly. However, it's been two days, and I haven't actually gotten a refund. Is this normal? I'm a bit worried about getting "scammed" by PayByCash, ans I've e-mailed them, but they haven't responded.
