resizing?

Is there an easier way to resize this picture(pic 1)?Every time I try to resize it, it gets distorted like pic 2. I click on the cornner and drag it to the center...

You select the picture, then right click it. Goto sketch/skew. Then, you choose how big or small you want it by changing the numbers at the top of the little menu.

Unfortunatly you cant really resize pizel images well. They aither end up looking like what you have done or the lines go all blurry. To ensure high quality and sharpness always make your pixels sigs the right size from the beginning.
