I think, but do not know for sure, that you can have any stats, really, as long as you have the VK armor on.

but what are the level req.s?

Its +6 to all def, and the +10% bonus with full void knight set

ill get 2 more atk and str and def levels so i cn tank stake/pk htting 2 more or so damage( bursting 20's at 70 range)
