Boots -infernal mages hat -infernal mages bottom -aberrant spectres top - gargoyles gloves -banshees other slayer moster drops: rune boots from nechreal, granite maul from gargoyles, and of course the abyssal whip from abyssal demons. crawling hands have no mntionable drops except maybe fot the hand you can use in constrction (looks nice...)
