October 22, 200718 yr I'm the exact same bout you are my friend. I just go to the web site, select pay by cash/check/money order (I send in a money order, all it is, is a prepaid check really.) I go to the local store and ask for the amount runescape requested for a money order (works out to about 7-8 dollars per month, for 4 months membership) send it into the address given and wait a week or so and then just like that your a member : ~ I farm, there for you eat ~ Got food? October 22, 200718 yr I was in the same situation, and I believe I have a way around it. Pay by Phone. I haven't used this, but from what I heard it charges to your phone bill. Get it on your cell phone and if you pay your own bill, problem solved. Pay by Cash. It used this. It's very easy. They only need to use your phone to contact you in case you send them forged bills or something. The address is to confirm your payment. All you do is go to the site they give. Fill out the form, and they ask you to print (or copy) some information they provide. (It's just your RS username, the words RuneScape, and a code they provide.) You mail it to a location they give. It's usually within reasonable distance from where you live. (Ex. I live in NY and they told me to mail it to GA) It takes about a week though. ~It's Super Effective!
