Its the only way i know though to find out specifically about rules, unless you try knowlage base instead. I do not see why drop trading is against the rules but giving brand new players money isnt. Jagex said drop trading is against the rules because it gives new accounts an advantage but wouldnt giving a new player 200k giving him an advantage. Please read nex time.
