i want to know when is coming new armour like(dragon plate,dragon kiteshield).

Firstly, change your heading it makes no sense, maybe "When will Jagex implement some new armour?". Secondly, this is a suggestions forum, not a Help & Advice Forum. And finally, to answer your question, noone but Jagex knows when, if at all, Dragon Platebodies or Kiteshields will re realeased.

38% of Tip.Iters put stupid made up statistics in their sigs. If you are one of the 62% that don't, put this in your sig.

This is for Bugs and Suggestions indeed.

 

And it's impossible to say when new weapons or armour will come...
