Why cant i play runescape? I went on the administators account and all went well untill the loading bar reached "loading animations 3%", then it stopped.. i dont know wat the problem is so i would really appriciate some help...

Is he using internet explorer?

 

 

 

Is he using the RS client?

 

 

 

If so, is it the newest one?

 

 

 

Does he use adaware?

 

 

 

Does he use spybot?

 

 

 

Does he have a fire wall?

 

 

 

Does he have a virus scanner?

 

 

 

What version of windows does he have?

 

 

 

What security settings does he have set on his browser?

Yes, I knew what you guys were saying before. I just didn't know if you understood what he did say or not, because it took me a little while.

Close any Runescape client or website you have open then delete the folder, C:\WINDOWS\.file_store_32. This is the local files that are needed for playing Runescape. If for some reason there's bad data in here it might cause the problem your having. If this fails then it could be a firewall blocking it.

I got a router, and i got norton antivirus program, im using windows XP and i cant play on any of the java thingys on the bottom page when u choose high/low detail and since my dad is the administrator of this computer i will have to ask him everytime i want to play so it would be good if someone knew how to help me..
