I'd argue that we should not be dealing in matters of death/judgment and that killing a person kills any hope of redemption in him. Internet debate != ld or policy student congress or anything. That being said, you aren't even giving us your value premise and whatever the hell the other thing is called. Your first step in writing a case is coming up with those two. You gotta know what you're arguing. We cant do that. We can support you that with contentions though. But really you know I think you oughta say what you believe not try to learn how to twist your words around to get people to like you enough to vote for you over your opponent.
