I have to write both Negative and Affirmative speeches, and I've already written an Affirmative, I'm looking for negative contentions.

Wait, so you need help with a, 'The death penalty is bad" speech? because I can't help there, but I can help with why it is good.

Do your own homework. I did LD last year and I can tell you: people on TIF wont help. Internet debate != ld or policy student congress or anything.

 

 

 

 

 

That being said, you aren't even giving us your value premise and whatever the hell the other thing is called.

 

 

 

Your first step in writing a case is coming up with those two. You gotta know what you're arguing. We cant do that. We can support you that with contentions though.

um... and the first thing I said in my post was my value premise(aka just value) and my value criterion... :P, I wasn't really looking for contentions I'd use from tipit, I just wanted to see what I'd get.

debate sucks anyway, I quit last year cause they try to tell you which side you should be on in an argument. But really you know I think you oughta say what you believe not try to learn how to twist your words around to get people to like you enough to vote for you over your opponent.
