Why is is suggested to bring food instead of anti-poison when going for experience? That is just ridiculous. Take a super-antipoison and when you get poisoned use 1 dose and that protects you for the rest of the round.

I can say this from experience. Food is more useful than an anti-poison. 1 dose, lasting the whole round means you need about 4-5 doses for a full load of sharks, but since you lose about 100 hp for the doses, you get less exp per load of food.

That is very wrong when going for experience aswell. I suggest using Prayer Book and Holy Symbol from..who knows which quest, something to do with brains I think. Lol. Just use it each in a while and rest of invy - Salmons/Trouts/Lobs. That's what I do anyway.

how is this not getting through...i'm not saying anti-poison...i'm saying super anti-poison @ 4 doses. It takes up the same space as a prayer book and leave 27 slots open for any other food.

 

 

 

Also I mentioned a bank (Wanted! quest) which allows for restocking of food making it unnecessary to carry fod only since you will use less food over all if you are poison-free for a whole round of pyramid plunder.

 

 

 

As for the prayer book idea, you have to use the prayer book after every time you are poisoned making it inefficient for getting exp since you have to stop to use the book again when you could be looting another urn.

Wrong mate, you dont have to use it all the time, just each in a while - it doesnt hit immediatly. I usually do like 5 urns if Im poisoned and only then use the book. And it saves cash too. Also, if I were you, all Id have in invy is prayer book and 21 foods - with salmons I bank only per 4-5 runs, sometimes 3 or 6 depending on luck. The six free spaces are for gold items.
